Catherine Dann

Having 17 years of working in a large corporation, both here and in the US, I now take these valuable experiences and work with businesses to build their People strategy to achieve the goals they have, while maintaining the organisation’s culture, values and team member emotional loyalty. In short, building plans that keep people at the heart of everything they do.

In my approach to keep people at the heart of everything has come from many projects that involve change : in way of working, structure, culture etc in positive and challenging environments. Change is often difficult and uncomfortable for a business, but by keeping people at the heart of the plan this enables a greater likelihood of success and the new way of working being sustained in the future.
